OUR ACTIVITIES
A hybrid place
The CoHop is a lively place et hybride composé d’une zone exclusivement dédiée et consacrée à la production, d’un bar unique à Bruxelles et d’une sandwicherie.
Beer production
We have a 20hl brewing station and 13 fermenters with a total capacity of 190hl, located on the ground floor of our establishment.
Our four breweries share this equipment and take turns brewing according to their needs and availability.
The beers offered by each brewery are mainly sold on site in our bar.
We are lucky to have Corentin, our collaborator, to brew the cooperative's beers.
Customised brewing
For those who wish to produce their own beer for commercial purposes or simply for a one-off event, the CoHop offers you the possibility of brewing 10hl of your own recipe in Brussels at a reasonable price!

Sandwich Shop
Our sandwich shop opens from Tuesday to Friday from 11.45am to 2pmand offers you salads and bread sandwiches from Janine Boulangerie-Brasserie made with quality and seasonal products.
Bar
Open from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm to midnight (1am Fridays and Saturdays)perched high on our mezzanine, the CoHop's bar offers a breathtaking view of the brewery.
24 taps (all our beers are brewed on site), snacks (hot dogs, cheese and/or sausage boards), soft drinks and other quality products as well as numerous events (DJ sets, concerts, etc.) are offered.
