COOPERATIVE BREWERY TAPROOM SOUTH AMERICAN FOOD 24 CRAFT BEERS ON TAP

CONCEPT

A microbrewery cooperative

CoHop is quite simply Brussels' very first microbrewery cooperative.

CoHop is a shared, eco-friendly brewery serving quality craft beers with a positive social impact, all in an open and friendly space.

Our goal is to pool a space located in Etterbeek's historic Arsenal site, brewing equipment, our skills, a brewpub, and a sandwich shop.

VALUES

Our mission

CoHop is built on the following values: quality, solidarity, sharing, pleasure, well-being, friendliness, transparency, circularity and eco-responsibility.

These values are shared by every member of CoHop.

In a world where human connection is back at the heart of things, and where craftsmanship, local roots, sharing, and solidarity take center stage, we strive to champion Brussels craft by helping build sustainable, eco-friendly microbreweries, boosting the local scene with top-quality artisan products.
