THE BREWERY
A place for crafting and sharing
We have a 10hl brewhouse and 13 fermenters with a total capacity of 190hl, located on the ground floor of our venue.
Our four breweries share this equipment, brewing in turns according to their needs and availability.
The beers created by each brewery are mainly sold right here at our taproom.
TAPROOM
A unique taproom in Brussels
Open Monday to Saturday from 4:30 pm to midnight (1 am on Fridays and Saturdays), perched up on our mezzanine, the CoHop taproom offers a stunning view over the brewery.
24 taps (all our beers are brewed on site), freshly prepared dishes by Iskay Food, quality soft drinks and artisanal products, as well as plenty of events (music quizzes, stand-up comedy, and more) await you.

SANDWICH SHOP
Fresh and seasonal produce
Fancy a quick culinary trip to Latin America? Discover our delicious sandwiches made with fresh bread from Janine Boulangerie-Brasserie, packed with quality seasonal ingredients, along with fresh salads and authentic empanadas in partnership with Iskay Food!
The sandwich shop is open Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
