Custom brewing, what is it?
Perfect for those wishing to produce their own beer for commercial purposes or simply for a one-off event such as a birthday, wedding, etc., also known as 'gypsy brewing', custom brewing allows anyone to create their own beer recipe in collaboration with a professional brewer, witness the brewing process and can it for a unique beer experience!
CoHop offers you the possibility to :
- brew 10hl of a recipe at a competitive price in the middle of Brussels!
- attend brewing and canning to learn about and participate in the process from A to Z.
If you're in a hurry and can't wait for a slot to brew at our place, know that you can also stick your label on one of our existing beers!

Le prix moyen d’un brassin de 10hl avec encannage et étiquetage: 3200€ht
Tout dépend du type de bière, mais compte environ 4 semaines de fermentation.
Oui, ton brassin pourra être conditionné en fûts et/ou en cannettes.
Non, nous n’avons pas d’embouteilleuse à la CoHop.
Non, nous demandons de retirer le stock au plus vite. Nous sommes déjà à l’étroit! N’oublie pas que la CoHop, c’est un total de 5 brasseries en une dans un espace restreint.
Le prix varie en fonction de la bière choisie et de la quantité de cannettes.
